Cancellation and Returns

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Click here to access your customer account and cancel your order in one step. Cancellations are allowed any time before the item is dispatched. Once dispatched, we can no longer accept cancellations. 

2. Returns

You have 14 days from placing your order to request a return. All perfumes have to be in their original packaging unused and unopened to be eligible. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@soulnotes.com or access your customer account here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We cannot accept returns that have been made without either contacting us or requesting the refund via your customer account first. 

Once we've received your returns and can confirm the original packaging is intact your refund will be processed.
